REFRACTORY MASS
Refractory mass is acidic and based on quartz sand with 0.0–10.0mm large grains.
Clay content ranges from 45% to 50% and moisture content from 16% to 18%. Natural quartz clay is used for enclosing casting pots and cupola furnaces. It is refractory and plastic.
